• Dispatch Timeframes: Orders stocked at our facilities or at the Mansory factory will be dispatched within 5 working days.
• Backorder Items: Items not currently in stock typically have a lead time of 2 weeks, depending on the product. For parts that need to be built to order, please allow a lead time of 6-8 weeks.
• Shipping Details: All quoted prices include expedited shipping services, ensuring your order arrives swiftly and securely.

• Please note that custom ordered Mansory products are not eligible for returns.
• Items intended for return must be in their original, re-saleable condition and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.

• Prior to returning any products, kindly contact Xotic Car Parts to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
