We are pleased to offer free delivery to all our customers worldwide. Simply proceed to checkout and provide you shippping destination—no delivery charge will be applied.
IMPORTANT: Any orders received after 16:00 BST/ 4:00 pm PST will be processed on the subsequent business day, which may add one business day to the expected delivery time. If an order is placed on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday), kindly account for an additional business day for delivery.
Mansory Orders
- Dispatch Timeframes: Orders stocked at our facilities or at the Mansory factory will be dispatched within 5 working days.
- Backorder Items: Items not currently in stock typically have a lead time of 2 weeks, depending on the product. For parts that need to be built to order, please allow a lead time of 6-8 weeks.
- Shipping Details: All quoted prices include expedited shipping services, ensuring your order arrives swiftly and securely.
Returns
At Xotic Car Parts, we prioritise our customers' satisfaction. While we strive to ensure that you're pleased with your purchase, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or cancel an item.
Return Guidelines:
- Please note that custom ordered Mansory products are not eligible for returns.
- Items intended for return must be in their original, re-saleable condition and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
- Please notify Xotic Car Parts of any intention to return within 14 days of the order date.

Return Policy for Custom-Ordered Mansory Products
Please note that custom-ordered Mansory products are not eligible for returns. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction with the custom specifications.
Initiating a Return:
- Prior to returning any products, kindly contact Xotic Car Parts to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Detailed return procedures are provided on your delivery note. Unless an item is faulty, we request that returns be made within 14 days of the order date. Specific exceptions may apply to certain products; refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for further details.
