Returns Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction, but we understand there may be times you need to return items that aren’t a perfect fit or have defects.

Returns Refunds

General Return Guidelines

  • If the item is faulty, an option for a refund or exchange will be available.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order date, provided goods are in their original condition, unused, unfitted, and deemed resaleable. They must also be in their original packaging.
  • Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been sent, please contact us without delay. We are committed to resolving such issues swiftly. To begin a refund process, it’s essential to decline the shipment at the time of delivery. Once accepted, it indicates a conclusive sale for all included items.
  • Unsolicited returns, i.e., items sent back without prior request, will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • Please note that custom-ordered Mansory products are not eligible for returns. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction with the custom specifications.

Returns via Courier (Arranged by Us)

Unwanted Products:

  • Obtain a Returns Authorisation Reference by contacting us.
  • If you’d like us to manage the return collection, we can organise it through our couriers at your expense.
  • Returned items should be in resaleable condition with original packaging and documentation.
  • Products will undergo inspection prior to processing refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty/Damaged Products:

  • Start by obtaining a Returns Authorisation Reference from us.
  • We’ll arrange a complimentary pick-up service.
  • If, upon inspection, the item is not deemed faulty, you’ll bear the full carriage cost.
  • Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Returns via Post (Arranged by You)

For Any Product:

  • First, get a Returns Authorisation Reference by contacting us.
  • Unless the item is faulty, postage costs are borne by the customer. This includes insurance, as Xotic Car Parts isn’t responsible for transit damages or losses.
  • To expedite your refund, follow the instructions on the included returns label or:
    • Mention your original order number from the confirmation email.
    • Clearly indicate the product code, quantity, and return reason.
    • Use the address provided on the Returns Form.
  • We advise retaining proof of postage until your refund confirmation. For security, opt for a postal service that covers the item’s value.

All returns will undergo inspection, and credit may be denied at our discretion.

Other Dangerous Goods: Aerosols, Brake Cleaner/fluid, and Shock Absorbers

It is important to return such goods with the correct packaging and labeling. To obtain the legal guidelines for the transportation of dangerous goods, please contact our customer services to get assistance.

Exclusions from Returns

Please note that certain items are excluded from our return policy. This includes brand new parts directly ordered from factories or car manufacturers. Additionally, for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re uncertain about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Cancellation

For any purchases made on our website, you hold the privilege to cancel your order without needing to provide any reason. This cancellation right extends for 14 days, starting from the day you placed your order with us.

How to Cancel

  • To exercise your cancellation right, reach out to our customer service via email at [email protected]
  • Provide us with your order number and contact details. While we offer a standard cancellation form for your convenience, using it is optional.

Returning Items

  • After informing us of your intent to cancel, ensure to send the items back within 3 days from the cancellation notification date.
  • We strive to process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or even earlier if a valid proof of delivery is presented.

Refund Details

  • We commit to refunding all payments we’ve received from you, excluding delivery charges.
  • Kindly handle the goods with care during the period leading up to the cancellation. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to account for any diminished value due to unnecessary handling on your part.
